We have a 30-day issue reporting policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us about any problems with your order.
Because our merchandise is produced on demand, we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. However, we will always make things right if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damages and Issues

Because items are produced specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns for:

If a return is approved due to a verified issue, we will provide instructions for how to proceed.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must be:
